Yes — we specialize in recurring rides. We’ll assign the same driver when possible and same pickup time every week so you never have to re-book.

Yes — we start as early as 4 a.m. and run late for evening clinic discharges or procedures.

We send a courtesy text or call 5–10 minutes before arrival and again when the driver is outside your door.

Whenever possible, especially on recurring routes. Most patients quickly get the same familiar driver they know and trust.

Dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation, wound care, surgery (pre- and post-op), physical therapy, doctor visits, lab work, hospital discharges, pharmacy runs — any non-emergency medical trip.

We provide full assistance from your front door to the van, into the medical facility, and back home again.

Every wheelchair van is equipped with wheelchair ramps and secure tie-downs — no manual lifting required.

Yes — we regularly serve UCSF, Stanford, Kaiser Oakland, John Muir Walnut Creek, Sutter, and San Francisco facilities.

Yes — companions ride free when space allows. Just let us know when booking.

Yes — a parent, guardian, or approved escort must accompany the minor.

Yes — every van is inspected daily, deep-cleaned regularly, and equipped with secure wheelchair systems.

 

Every driver is background-checked, drug-screened, CPR/First-Aid certified, and receives ongoing patient-sensitivity training.
